Second Zappl

So from the information that I have seen, is that Zappl takes 5 minutes before you can submit another post. Which I can see being a good thing, but semi-henderance. Well Here goes.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
