Paypal Users Receive Cryptocurrency Warning Email

I received this email, but I'm very confused (and concerned) because, I have never bought, sold or had anything cryptocurrency related go through my Paypal Business Account (I run an Ebay Account that sells Yu-Gi-Oh Cards), but I still received this email stating my account had "suspicious activity" that was crypto-related.
I can't help but think they were reading my emails and collecting my contacts information.

    These IT companies, you never know what they are upto... Infact, paypal has also filed a faster payment system patent... Rumours are that it can be blockchain based...
