We have made our code available for everyone to use as they see fit under MIT license. So feel free to submit pull request and report bug as you find them. You may find some code that is commented out which indicates some new features coming.
We look forward to helping change the community and have those interested help us as well.

The news just keeps getting better and better.
I think Zappl is going to be one of the major apps that changes the social media world. The silos control too much of the internet traffic...it is time to change that. The more that goes on Zappl and Steemit, the less there is on Twitter and FB.

Great news guys. First we had busy.org as an alternative to steemit and now Zappl twisted the concept and gives as the micro blogging feature on the blockchain.

Good work, I thought zappl was in react/react-native... From quickly viewing source code, it looks like some code is in Angularjs?

No we changed the code base, which we announced before full scale development happened. The issue is there was no libs for what we needed and we didn't raise enough to full scale react native team which would have been much more.
The app / site now uses mean stack
