Zcash GPU Mining Assistance with AMD SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 580 8GB LIMITED EDITION

Hi Friends, like to know about AMD SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 580 8GB LIMITED EDITION MINING for Zcash GPU with Slushpool or Flypool.

When I started Mining it was showing only 290 H/s & shared received are 15 within 30 min after I started mining.

As per my reviews from forums AMD SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 580 8GB LIMITED EDITION  gives  30 MH/s.

Does it slowly start increasing the hashrate in pool mining.

Like to know more details on how to over come with this calculation.
