I'm also having trouble. I have the same exact motherboard with an i5-4440 processor. It will boot with 6 cards, but as soon as I plug in the 7th card it doesn't even load past the bios screen. It just shows a pixelated screen with a bunch of small rectangles. My monitor is hooked up through the onboard DVI. I'm going to try it through VGA or HDMI maybe I can get somewhere. How are you using 7 cards?

You should plug the monitor in one of the gpus, not on the onboard ports. Go into the bios and disable internal gpu, set all pci slots to gen 1.
