cant wait for windows ^^

Blocks now confirmed mined on latest version and no issues reported yet. So windows will soon follow.

Nice! I'm looking forward to trying out the windows wallet. I've been mining this on Suprnova's Zdash pool since the beginning. Anyone with a fairly modern GPU or a decent CPU can get some Zdash pretty easily. Just go to zdash.suprnova.cc and click on Help/Getting Started.

Thank you, we informed ocminer so the pool will update to the new code shortly. We will give it some time to make sure all is going well before we release the windows wallet.

sounds interesting, will give it a try tomorrow.

Very cool, will have to give it a shot tomorrow

What is zdash? is it a cryptocurrency?

Yes, it's a fork of Zcash minus the dev fee, it's also much easier to mine at this time.

ok thanks for answering. I really appreciate it.

Thanks :)

I get this in cli-wallet getinfo: "errors": "WARNING: check your network connection, 0 blocks received in the last 4 hours (96 expected)". It seems the blockchain is synched and I have more than 70k equihash solver runs. Still no coins in the wallet. Any thoughts?

Also, this seems to be just a compilation of the zcash source tree, inserting itself in the zcash blockchain?

The error is normal to see when you are syncing, please check if you are on the current block height before starting to mine, mining while syncing can cause your wallet to fork and stop syncing. http://www.zpool.ca/explorer/ZDASH
We are currently testing this update will take care of github tags issues asap.

Thanks for the answer. I stopped mining entirely on the daemon and using the modified kost/nheqminer to try the network. It's been working on mininspeed for a while, but no coins generated yet.

Seems to work fine on Ubuntu Mate 16.04
