City of Zewail

Zewail City for Science and Technology is an independent, non-profit, independent research institute. The concept of the city emerged in 1999 and laid the foundation stone in 2000. After many obstacles in establishing the city, the city was revived in 2011 by a ministerial decision to name the project in Zewail City for Science and Technology Where it was described as a national project for the renaissance of scientific Egypt, but the most prominent day in the history of this city was on the twentieth of December 2012, where a law was issued to allow students to apply for science to study in the city, Egypt begins after this a new era of development at Technology and Scientific Research Sector
