Currently, I have listened to module one in which it talked about the Albert Einstein's Distraction index.
The following is a list of the exercises I will need to do in order to mentally photograph.
Albert Einstein's"'Distraction index"
The Eye Chart Drill
Relaxation Technique
Personal Programing
The Mental Photography technique
Triggering Recall Mentally Photographed information
I am not going to explain in specific detail how to do each technique because then I would be just stealing from Zox. I have respect for them because so far the program seems legitimate. If you need more information about each technique please visit the following website: https://www.quora.com/What-exactly-are-the-excercises-zox-pro-uses-to-teach-mental-photography
So I did the Albert Einsteins distraction exercise. First of all the name seems kinda fishy, but interestingly the technique proved to be powerful. BTW you can google the technique so the post does not seem super vague.
I started with trying to maintain focus while reading for 3 minutes. In the beginning, there are plenty of thoughts rushing through my mind while I am reading, but it does not distract me from reading meaning I do not lose track of the topic or content. I would consider losing track as a distraction. So after a while my 2nd and 3rd try I was able to increase my concentration to 3 minutes. At that point, my thoughts seem to be silenced and I could fully concentrate on the book. It was similar to if you were to be sitting in a blank room for 2 days. You would not think after a while.(100% focus on the topic)
After completing the exercise I can sit down and be more focused on a task and boring material does no seem to bore me so much. The concentration that can be achieved with this technique will probably take longer to achieve for people who are impatient and who suffer from ADHD.
Also, it was recommended to get up to around 21 minutes of concentration and to redo the exercise once distractions start to creep back.
I will listen to module 2 today and let you know what my experience was.
Thank you so much
