So I have listened to module 2 of Zox.
It was not a big deal. It gives an exercise to improve your peripheric vision in order to prepare you for mental photography.
As I said in the previous posts you can look up the specifics of the techniques in google or if you buy Zox, but so far I am unsure if it is worth 200$.
The eye chart drill was quite weird at first the 2nd step seemed overwhelming because it forced me to expand my field of vision. There are other exercises to expand your field of vision and if you ask me about it in the comments I will share a link to the exercises. The 3rd and 4th steps in the eye chart drill were a bit harder, but practice makes perfect.
Also, there was a page that needs to be printed out. It contained a table with the following titles:
Eye Chart Drill 2 min 3-4/day
Relaxation 2 times daily
Dictionary Drill
30 openings
10 books
Distraction index (number of minutes) it is 3 minutes for me so far
I am estimating that Zox training will consume 2 hours a day. I will probably do it at 5 or 6 am if it is very time-consuming.
Plan:
Try to have 8 minutes locked in concentration by the end of the week.
Practice the eye chart drill when I wake up and when I am bored. I will keep a piece of paper in my wallet.
That's it for this update it was short because module 2 did not cover much.
