How Many Hundred Thousand Followers Do We Need To Benefit UpVotes..?

Every time I notice announcements a Steemian post Wah..! I Made It 1,000 Followers.

This is good, I write a Congratulations note. Then I look at how many UpVotes does She or He gets. Normally about 10. If more, than possibly 250. Please check the number of Your Followers and The number of UpVotes You get per post. You can also check The number of My Followers, and The number of Votes I get per post.

What does that We can comprehend..?

In the beginning We need only 10 Followers. Or 9 so plus You is still 10. 11 is fine too. However basically number it is 10.
