I just finished a 12.15km cycle that lasted about 0hh:31mm:1ss !
After running Parkrun yesterday morning, I decided that I'd do a double-session-day with 30 minutes of Zwift riding in the evening. I chose the NYC skyline route which was relatively flat apart from one gigantic "wall" right in the middle of my ride, and I managed to hit speeds of 67km/h+ on the descent. I averaged 160 watts over the ride which is a definite improvement, and after adjusting my cleat setup it felt a lot easier!
I'd bought a turbo trainer specific tyre (23c) a few days ago which fitted with a 25c inner tube meant the psi I could have was a lot higher than previously with a normal road tyre, and as such I definitely felt at least 10 watts of savings just through that. I'll be leaving my road bike as the 'turbo trainer bike' for me and my older brother to use, and I'm going to get his Bianchi Oltre (spare bike) serviced and I'll be using that one out on the roads.

How have you been finding using Zwift as a trainer? Is it a bit motivating, or is it boring? I've been thinking of checking it out.
Keen to hear your thoughts.

So far it's been really good! There's a lot of specific workouts that you can follow and there's races/group rides every 15 minutes or so (although some only have a couple of riders).
I wasn't keen on getting Zwift for quite a while as I thought the setup would be difficult (and expensive), but just using a basic trainer with a speed & cadence sensor is so easy!
Definitely makes turbo training a lot more enjoyable, and the only negative I can really think of is the price point - costs £12.99 a month for me, so it only really makes sense if you use a turbo trainer quite a lot. No doubt I'll eventually get bored and almost exclusively ride out on the roads, but I'm sure it'll great to have for the winter months.

I've seen an open-source version of Zwyft (I think it was called Trainer Road or something) which looked cool, and a better price.
I have some ideas of trying to set up a cycling-game that utilizes ANT+ speed/cadence sensors, and a camera for form/posture analysis, and maybe even some VR stuff... But we'll see.. I've got a real job that eats up WAY too much of my time to start working on it.
Thanks for the reply!

You have uploaded 8 cycling activities, and 1 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest cycling activities of a similar distance:
Over these 1 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 12.15 kms at an average pace of roughly 2:33 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 2:32min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too!
