China plans 800 billion yuan ($114.38 billion) in railroad speculation, 1.8 trillion yuan in roadway and conduit venture and 90 billion yuan in common flight interest in 2020, state radio said on Thursday refering to Minister of Transport Li Xiaopeng as saying.
