本月新加入的兄弟姐妹还是比较多的，为了让大家“新老结合”气氛营造，把今天的班前会时间缩短，大家一起做个小游戏“最高的建筑”，给大家分成了三组，每组三张报纸和一卷胶带，然后动手动脑，来自由搭建，最高的获胜。e
这几天媳妇在参加军训和公司企业文化学习，马上就接近尾声了，从她每天的总结里可以看出她对这次培训还是有很多感悟和收获，有团队协作，提高积极性，团队服从意识以及不抱怨心态等等，对于企业文化学习更是对公司的认识了解发展变化以及标准目标，这也是对新进人员今后发展打下参考学习，是必不可少的，最后学习完毕结束还会进行不止一次的考核淘汰。就像大哥们常说企业的发展就会优胜劣汰不断的让自己变得“值钱”才会经得起“大浪淘沙”从而也锻炼了自己！
