Being a mom or dad is one of the essential and rewarding roles you will ever play in your life. There is no vacation or weekend when you're a parent, it's a full-time job. Besides all the responsibilities and initial stages of the infant, one thing is sure that you will enjoy being a parent very much. It is therefore important that parents set the parenting goal to help with the feeding and development of growing little ones.
Let's discuss these parenting goals one by one.

1. Two-way communication
At this time when both parents are working or are busy doing other household chores. It is very important for them to talk to their children and to build a healthy relationship with them by being honest with each other. You shouldn't prevent your children from sharing things with you. Rather, you should focus on building a relationship with your little ones where they are comfortable discussing anything and everything with you. This is how you will help your child to open up their inner feelings and thoughts to you. All this behavior will allow effective two-way communication with your little ones.

2. Stimulate independence
Letting your children disappear slightly from your sight is one of the most difficult things for parents to do. But, when you teach your toddlers to do things without depending on anyone, this is how you will teach them to survive on their own, especially when you are not around. You can instill independence in your juniors by asking them to set goals in which they aim to find the new skill they love and focus more on their development. This will not only be useful for the little ones to test their self-sufficiency, but it will also prove to be beneficial in pulling your children out of their productive shell. They will develop their self-esteem in a major way by following their skills.

3. Teach mannerism and social skills
Manners reflect an individual's way of leading and attitude towards life. In today's world, education is important, but so is learning good manners. So leading by example here would be a great way for your kids to learn and instill good manners in them. Good manners also include teaching your children not to discriminate against people based on color, caste, and creed. As a parent, it is also important that you teach your children to behave in public and at gatherings, as this is a byproduct of good manners.

4. Develop a cordial relationship with the tutor
When little ones start going to school, they end up spending more time interacting with their teachers. Parents should try to reach out to their educators so that they can get the right feedback regarding their little one's performance in the classroom and general conduct. This will help parents to establish a cordial relationship with teachers. All of this will help not only to get to know your children well, but also how they are in the classroom with their teacher and other students. This overview will help you guide your children and shape your juniors' personalities for the future.

5. Take care of health
There is a saying: "The greatest wealth is health". Teach your children the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. What you teach your children in their childhood will help them shape their adulthood. You can teach them by first adopting a healthy lifestyle on your own that includes walking instead of using an elevator or elevators, taking some time away from technology, and going for a walk. to get fresh air, get a good night's sleep, spend quality time with family, eat healthy, etc. This way, children will slowly and gradually adopt them in their lives without even realizing it.

In case you didn't know where to start, I hope I could give you an idea. So start setting your own goals this year and feel free to share your thoughts on this one.
