#Government_of_India makes installing "AarogyaSetu " app and having a #smart_phone mandatory for all railways passengers. Now my question is:

Are India government trying to make railway journey only for Ambanis, Birlas and Tata s and all the rich people who have "smart phones" ? What about low techie poor people and privacy concerned people who doesn't use "smart phones" ? They don't have any right to travel in railways, that's what this tyrant government is trying to imply?

What about kids? They also should have separate "smart_phones" cellphones when traveling with their parents? When, in this era parents are trying to protect their children and preventing from using smartphone, they are forced to to this? What if that child uses "the given smartphone" to acquire/download illegal adult stuff by fooling their parents? Will @RailMin take any responsibility for that?
