Abdulla Shaig Talibzadeh, educator and cultural figure, poet, playwright, literary critic and translator, was born on 1881 - February 24, in a spiritual family in Tiflis in the literary-public opinion of Azerbaijan.Little son Abdulla received his first education at the six-grade school of the Spiritual Administration (1889-1893) and the enlightener Yusuf Ziya's (1894-1899), who came from Turkey in Khorasan. From childhood he was fond of Oriental literature, poetry and art, and in autumn 1900 he returned from Khorasan to Tiflis and in a few months he moved to Baku with his family. In that same year, she passed an examination before the official state commission, earned the right to teach, taught mother tongue and Sharia in Russian-Tatar (Turkish) and real schools. In the short period of time, Nariman Narimanov, Alibey Huseynzade, Mirza Alekper Sabir, Mohammad Hadi, Abbas Sahhat, Abdurrahimbey Hagverdiyev, Hasanbay Vezirov, Firidunbey Kocharli, Huseyn Javid, Mahmudbey Mahmudbeyov, Suleyman Sani Akhundov, Seyid Huseyn, Huseyn Minasazov acquainted with famous literary personalities, connecting his fate to lifelong literature, school and education. His younger brother, Yusuf Ziya, had a strong influence in educating young Shaig's ideas and ideas on Turkishism, promoting literary-pedagogical activity.
Starting with the sixteen-year-old artistic translation and füzulian ghazals, A.Shaiq studied European, Turkish and Russian literature in Baku, mostly based on classical traditions, Turkish romanticism, influenced by literary school "Fuyuzat", interactive "Molla Nasreddin" literary school and also wrote works.
