Pastor Al: When you call abortion “monstrous” it makes people think those having abortions are monsters. But they aren't monsters. Most of them are decent people who are just deceived and pressured to do something they otherwise would never do.
Abolitionist: Sir, once again you are according more compassion to the perpetrator than to the victim. Do you want abortion to be abolished? It won't happen until sufficient people regard it with as much revulsion as they do ISIS cutting off the heads of small children. If everyone keeps downplaying the heinousness of abortion as you are doing, abortion will never be abolished.
