Unsurprisingly the Fifth Circuit has upheld parts of the mifepristone ruling. But note that SCOTUS' previous hold still stands, so the status quo won't change for now.
The Fifth Circuit would keep mifepristone on the market, but would reverse the recent FDA regulatory changes that allowed women to take mifepristone later into their pregnancies, allowed non-physicians to prescribe the drug, and allowed the pills to be dispensed via the mail.
