The plaintiffs having to basically argue that because 7 doctors don't want to handle ER visits, no one should have the drug. Meanwhile Clarence Thomas is like "the Comstock Act is a very serious thing".
The good news at least is basically even some of the conservatives find the plaintiffs' standing argument laughable.
Never a good idea to predict the ruling based on the oral arguments, but this is such a shit case that it really shouldn't be a close one. Alito and Thomas probably will twist themselves in defending it, but everyone else will probably shoot it down. It is one of Judge Kacsmaryk's garbage rulings.
