The first ever Abosom buy back burn has been completed, this is a monumentous moment for us and for blockchain as a whole (not that many people know about it.....yet)
So lets look at what happened.
This month we collected the rewards from all the Abosom network owned assets, Dash masternode, 50k PIVX, Firo masternode and we converted them to LTC in preparation for the first BlockDX based decentralised exchange of XAB, Unfortunately we ran into an unknown problem with BlockDX which was that we are not featured on any service nodes, to combat this we would need to run a service node of our own but at around 10k USD each this suddenly became infeasable for our small project. We then reverted simply to using SoutXchange, which is our main centralised exchange option, we will continue to push to have a service node host us on BlockDX but currently we are not on any. Anybody who can help us with this integration should make themselves known to us in Discord.
Ok, so we converted our rewards to LTC which came to a total of 13.8 LTC, we then converted these via Southxchange to just over 13,000 XAB, this was then sent to the Abosom burn address from which they can never be recovered, the purchase on Southxchange put an upwards pressure on the price and generated plenty of interest in the troll box.

We are extremely pleased with this first burn and are also proud that our network has survived for over 1 year, it hasnt all been plain sailing and we really appreciate all the support we have had over the past 12 months from developers and community. The next Burn will take place in around 3 weeks towards the end of January and we will update you on it in early February.
