He is young, he is spanish speaker, he uses google translate to release his post, he leaves in social and economic diffuculties. He uses art on Steemit to pay food, bills and shoes. His head is concentrated to save his daily life.

NOW I was able to explain slowly to him which was the problem.

He admits his plagiarism.
He didn't site the source for 3 of his artworks

Plagiarism is a crime expecially on Steemit. I know!
And you made a great work. I agree with you

But the real propose of blockchain is justice, not only for the Steemit rules, but also for peace, education and human right.

In Venzuela there is a war, civil war. Crypto is the only way sometimes people have to buy food, shoes and so on.

Education is important and this is why I completely agree with plagiarism verdict :
He is guilty of plagiarism. You advice 3 times and he goes forward.

But I don't agree with the sentence you prononced
If you cut is account you cut a great part of his revenues.
