If you look at this users history you'll see plain as day why they were flagged. Most of the posts have been 100% plagiarized and there's no place for that here on steemit. Learn to write something original and maybe you'll earn a rep you deserve, until then, piss off.

I'm not sure why bernie flagged them, but to me they just look very badly written. I'm not a fan of bad writing myself, but would I flag just because of that? Maybe not. Misleading posts with blatant lies might be flag-worthy though.
