Unfortunately most of the smoothie bars making Acai bowls are loading them with an unnecessary amount of fruit and fruit juices. This Acai bowl recipe uses beets to cut down the sugar content.

Your average Acai Bowl is full of fruit, fruit juices, and added sugars. This is not your average Acai bowl with hidden beets consuming 75% of this bowl. YES BEETS!

Blend the following…

1 tsp Açaí

1/2 frozen banana

1 small handful frozen blueberries

2 frozen beets

1 cup coconut milk

Topped with almond butter,

more blueberries, raw coconut, & chia!
