Chilli is a commodity that demand is very high in the market. There are many types of chillies in the world. Starting from the type of imported chili until the type of local chilli is no less quality. Selection of this type of chilli, is the first thing done to start chili cultivation. Cayenne pepper

Cayenne pepper is also easy to cultivate because of its ability to survive in all types of weather. Large chili is a local chilli obtained from the regions in Indonesia. Areas that contribute to local chili types are quite popular among others Tanah Karo, North Sumatra and Kudus, Central Java. Local chili is believed to be more profitable to be cultivated by farmers. In addition to easier cultivation techniques, local chili also has a higher level of productivity compared to other types of chili. Only, large chili is often difficult to find so that the price fluctuates. Large chili is divided into three types again, namely red pepper, chilli curry, and green chili. Characteristics of red chili is red and the size is long. Edge of red chili is usually taper and oval shape. In addition, the red pepper skin is smooth and looks slick like a candle and is quite thick. While the curly pink has a characteristic that does not vary much with red pepper. It's just skin wavy and curly and quite thin. The third type is green chili. Green chili is chilli that is harvested while still green.
