Ruslian menambahkan, kemungkinan ke depan akan ada referensi harga pembelian gabah dari petani Aceh. "Masih ada kenaikan sekitar 2,5 persen dari HPP, tapi masih dalam pembahansan mengenai pilihan pembelian untuk Aceh tersebut," katanya, Jumat (23/2/2018) .Meski Perum Bulog tak mampu membeli, tapi produksi padi di dua kabupaten itu pasti tetap dimintai pengusaha dari luar Aceh, khususnya Medan, Sumatera Utara.
