Solving The Problem of Loan

In solving our arrears from UPK usually take several stages towards the group, the first we contact the head of the group directly, then we together with the group leader directly meet with the group members.
If this solve doesn't work then our next step is to meet with the head of the village concerned in order to try some actions to help the settlement of loan arrears in the group in the village.
In principle we continue to make efforts and persuasive approaches in completing the high-end to group members who borrow.
