goat curry recipe
Material:
2kg goat meat, if I mix (reinforcement, tripe, brain, meat, and lard)
3 packets of coconut milk kara small
2 sprigs of lemongrass geprek
5 orange leaves
3 flower mace
3 cloves
5 cm cinnamon stick
2 cm lengkuas geprek
3 cardamom grains
1 sachet royco / beef masako
Turmeric powder to taste
Salt, sugar to taste
2 liters of water
Ground spices:
1/2 tsp cumin (roasting first)
1 tbsp coriander (roasted first)
8 grains of pecan (roasted first)
8 grains of red onion
8 grains of garlic
Saute the finer spices until fragrant, enter the goat meat. Stir until it changes color or exits the oil. Enter water, lemongrass, lime leaves, mace lawang, cloves, cinnamon, galangal, cardamom. Boil. After boiling, add turmeric powder, salt, sugar, masako, and coconut milk 2 packs first. Cook for an hour or until the meat is tender. If the coconut milk broke not worry, later when it is ripe and will be lifted enter the remaining coconut milk one packet will be reunited.
