Banda Aceh - Irwandi Yusuf officially inaugurated as Governor of Aceh period 2017-2022. This is the second time for a man who has a private plane as well as a pilot is sitting in the seat of Aceh one. What does he look like?

Inauguration of Irwandi as Governor of Aceh was conducted in a special plenary meeting at the House of Representatives of Aceh (DPRA), Wednesday (5/7/2017). "Today I stand here to swear an oath and accept the inauguration as Governor of Aceh, and with Deputy Governor Mr. Nova Iriansyah will carry out a heavy mandate in leading Aceh for the next five years," Irwandi said in his inaugural address after being sworn in.

Irwandi's inauguration today is quite special because it was also attended by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and his wife. Jokowi actually only transit in Aceh before then make a visit to Ankara, Turkey. But Jokowi deliberately came to congratulate Irwandi and his partner as Vice Governor of Aceh, Nova Iriansyah.

"Thanks to the President who has been present, he has only done this (attending the governor's inauguration), he has never done it anywhere else, Aceh is something in his heart," said Irwandi in his speech.

For Irwandi, today's inauguration is the second time he leads Aceh. He also served as the first governor of post-August 2005 peace. At that time, Irwandi who paired with Muhammad Nazar became the number one person in Tanah Rencong for the period 2007-2012.

"I want to open the eyes of the people of Aceh widely that the technology of the plane is not a luxury anymore, many people still think that the price of the plane is tens of billions to trillions of rupiah.It is true there are aircraft that cost Rp 5 T like Airbus A-800, Many also the plane that cost the same as the price of Avanza car, "explained the man who is familiarly called Teungku Agam in his Facebook status.

"My Shark plane is quite expensive because it is equivalent to a Harrier car, actually the price of the Shark Aero aircraft is 90,000 Euros, or approximately Rp 1.3M. But I pay only 40,000 Euros," said Irwandi.

Five years 'fasting' served as the leader of Aceh, Irwandi who paired with Nova managed to win elections in unison last February. There are six candidates who fought and Irwandi earned the most votes.

After being announced as the winner, Irwandi's partner built 100 units of homes for orphans as a form of gratitude. Initially, it is planned to be held massive syukuran and collected funds from volunteers around Rp 2.5 billion.

"Mr. gub (governor elected Irwandi) and we all think that from the funds we use excessively for the celebration or gratitude whether we should not channel for the things that are useful for the people," Nova told reporters in Banda Aceh on Friday 7/4/2017).
