Hello out there to all Steemians! My name is Conrad and can't believe it has taken me this long to join Steemit!
I first heard about this site from @theycallmedan way back but finally decided to join after President Trump got banned from Twitter. Real eye opening to me, it's insane!
I think we should all have a voice whether or not everyone agrees! Not looking for an echo chamber here as I enjoy back and forth exchanges of ideas but it is sad when you can get banned for sharing your opinion. Seriously considering deleting my FB and Twitter accounts completely.
I have been interested in blockchain tech for a few years now and am excited to be taking part on a site that is built upon one!
I am a 41, almost 42 year old man who has been involved in oil and gas safety for most of my career and have recently taken an interest in trading currencies, stocks and cryptos. (Kicking myself for not buying $2500 dollars worth of BTC back in late 2011 when I first heard about it and had the means!) Ahhhhhhh! I cant wait to be able to trade for a living and have a little success doing it, but not enough to be completely free from the regular job. I love politics, conspiracies, and all things related.
