My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2018

Hello today began with the sun mercilessly shining in my eyes while my dog snored in my ears. When it became clear that I was not going to avoid entering the land of the living I concluded my usual walk to the bathroom. Today's pace was brisc as it soon became clear that there might be some urgency in getting there. I completed my morning workout by standing in front of the the fridge for 15 minutes because I could not decide if I wanted to eat my pie with almond whip or ice cream.

After 30 min of strenuous fork lifting and pie shoveling it soon became clear that I needed something more to fill the deep dark hole in my soul so I went full in, and dove into a potbrownie cake with sprinkles ...

After so much work it was time for a well earned nap!

Then it was time to wash the dishes so I summoned Belzebub to take care of it and Asmodeus to vacuum the parlor while I proceeded to have some fun with my nosy neighbor using a voodoo doll.

Summoning demons and black magic are hard work so it was time to chill in front of the telly with some chinese take out!

To round up the day one more walk, more relaxed than my morning stroll, to the bathroom to take a nice warm bath.

Then off to bed for a much deserved beauty sleep -YAwn
