Just strolling through the city trying to find a coat. Due to physical challenges I don’t do this (shopping) often and it surprizes me how many steps one can make just trying to find a piece of clothing. My feet are hurting ‘8’ on a scale of 1-10 so tomorrow I’ll have to rest on the couch.
I don’t often make the 5000 step minimum so I thought it was worth sharing :-)
Hi @altrosa! Good job getting all those steps! Anytime you push past your limits on a given day is a good one... because that means your becoming a stronger version of yourself and next week around this time it may even feel that much easier!
