I'm trying now but it's hard to keep it routine, I try 10 mins and target 20 mins per days or 2 times a day with Apple watch 1 min breath apps

Some years ago I started using Calm on my iPhone 📱 than Dhamma.org.

I don’t have an Apple Watch ⌚️ but asked to suggest the App to a friend. 😜

I was using calm too but turn out I found Headspace better with its voice guidance. Without a doubt, it’s very easy to lost the track swing around. Apple Watch is just a SOS solution. Staying long focus is much a lesson for me for last year or further in the futures

What is your meditation experience?

Next to none... I'm a little hyperactive so I can't really meditate since I get way to active and itchy, I just want to run around, I tried once but after 5 minutes I was bored and had a feeling I was wasting my life. I normally meditate on the couch watching some netflix with a slice of pizza after working out :P It's a really good meditation session :P

I take the opportunity to meditate when I'm doing my after exercise stretch and cool down with "legs against the wall" pose.

I do not have a special time slot to meditate! Life is meditation in itself, so every moment is for me meditation.

In this meditation people sit on cushions with their faces facing the wall, their eyes remain open, and while you breathe, you count to 10, 1 for when you inhale, 2 for when you exhale, and so on. Then resets the count. In the original practice, a supervisor would walk upright with a baton in his hand and watching, in case a practitioner was sleeping, he should knock with the stick to wake him.

I have never really tried to meditate. I have done yoga in the past and want to start it up again but I never got into the spiritual side just did it for the exercise.
