I haven’t had many 10,000 step days lately.
Rather than push myself for distance and earn extra steps by taking more walks throughout the day, I’ve been focusing on keeping my workouts short, regular, and consistent so that I can begin to focus on other things and other areas of my life.
A talk which really resonated with me while driving today was this one by Jim Rohn. Don’t let the title turn you off, it’s well worth your twenty minutes of driving time if you want to inspire yourself to set a new course for your future.
