I normally spend a lot of time walking. few weeks ago I realised there were apps that reward people for doing exercise. This is how I remembered an app on the steem blockchain called actifit.
Personally I really like the idea of rewarding exercise. As someone who likes cryptocurrency actifit is a... great fit.
I will most likely post here 3 times a week and maybe more if I walk long distances during the rest of the week
