Did my first bit of weight training since injuring my back and it went well glad to be able to do it once again!

Watched some footy today and I don’t know why but EPL has gotten really shit and it’s not jusy Arsenal all the teams player really boring pedestrian football I don’t know how people put up with paying so much money to watch this crap
