Today was super hot here in Stellenbosch, with the temperature turning around 38 degrees. Needless to say we spend a lot of time in the swimming pool. Around 15:00 I went for a 12km mountain bike after which I got in the pool with the kids again.

Oh, I sometimes miss those hot temperatures, it is pretty cold in this part of the world and walking without a hat and gloves is a no-no. I saw a man swimming in a lake today, I am not sure he was enjoying his swim like you did yours :D
