Strength does not always come from physical abilities, but strength will come with persistent will. with the willingness, strength will always accompany each ability. it can be found by doing sports, and by exercising physically it can be maintained if it continues to be trained to achieve goals in exercise. like what I did this afternoon is to train my physique by applying Speed and Run at the beginning of the karate training session. I need about 30 minutes to do that. The first 10 minutes run slowly around 20 to 30%, then I go up to 60% in the second 20 minutes. and for the next 30 minutes the running level becomes sharper and faster to reach 100%.

Speed ​​and running are one way to regulate breathing and keep the physical measured. can also make sturdy leg muscles to form the support of the knee (stance). in the world of karate the stance are needed to support balancing hand and foot movements. and to resist punches and collisions when a fight occurs. I often apply speed and run when I start the starting point in karate training.
