Wow. The last day of the workweek, and I am so glad that it is done!
I got up late and was trying to get everything done, so I ate no breakfast. I then overate at lunch, having the massive baked potato. Then we were supposed to go see a baseball game tonight, but I looked at my husband and saw that he really needed to sleep. Dinner was very light (turkey sandwich) and I took a nap.
The most exercise I got today was walking to the Dining Center at work to get my lunch and back to the desk to eat and finish working.
Sometimes, you have to listen to what your body needs and honor that. Not worry about what other folks think things “should be”, but what your body needs.
Like my plan tomorrow is to clean the kitchen and the bathrooms and rest if I need to. Period. 😊
