This is my second report..I want to discuss one very important and basic thing about being fit..is that if you want to be physically fit than firstly u have to be mentally fit
That mean if you are mentally happy that mean your physical fitness will be more best..if you are mentally distrb than its more typical for u to be physically fit...
For being a mentally fit u have to sleep proper take proper rest avoid streess and don't angry at any cost......angeryness is one of the thing which ruined your whole life fitness and much valuable thing which u never want to be go away.......
So firstly you have to be mentally fit than your physical activity help u to be physical fit...
