今天没有时间运动……这九千多步是在外面走出来的……
这是郁闷的一天……
家里的老房子之前租给了一位做生意的单亲妈妈，虽然她在天河买了房子，但却仍在我们这里租房，大概是因为这里邻近批发市场，也方便她儿子上学吧……
五年的长期合同，九月的时候就应该到期了，但却一直找不到人，电话不接，上门找也没有人，也不知道她是继续租呢还是不租呢……直到前几天，两个月的押金已经耗尽了，她才打了两个月的租金过来，说要继续租……
公公本着多一事不如少一事的心态，说这人的房租虽然总是拖，但却没欠过，现在租房市场也不景气，就让她继续租吧……于是就约她今天到街道办事处那里，把合同签了，把居住登记办了……
可是我们到了以后发现家里没有人，打电话又没有人接……邻居说她一个多小时前回来过，忘记带钥匙，在他家借了厕所以后就走了……然后我们在邻居家里等了几个小时她都没回来……电话也一直无人接听……
后来晚上回来后她说今天自己去儿子学校，把事情忘记了，手机在包里没听见……但其实这样的事情已经不是第一次了……
婆婆说干脆不租给她了，换个新租客，但公公却觉得她相比以前那些把房子弄得乱七八糟的租客好多了，现在那房子周围的环境根本就不适合居住，再找租客也不容易，而且也不能保证会比现在这个好……
其实，不管租与不租，得先把人找出来说清楚呀……这样老是找不到的人究竟该怎么对付才好呢……

房主和租客的关系一直难搞。以前我有一个租客，2，3个不付房租，因为有18岁以下的孩子，请了律师，折腾了半年，最后把他们赶走了。损失半年房租加律师费。
