Aujourd'hui je reviens avec une nouvelle vidéo et je vous présente sur ce lien le RELIVE du parcours effectué ce matin

Une merveilleuse association

Motivé ce matin je suis parti courir sans oublier mon sac de ramassage... avec la bonne intention de nettoyer ce que je trouvais sur mon passage.

Je suis content de retrouver une belle gratification personnelle après ses actions là.
C'est vraiment un sentiment d'avoir été utile sans forcément faire partie d'une mouvance écologique pure et dure.

C'est un état d'esprit que nous pouvons tous avoir... il suffit de se dire... j'y vais.

Bien sûr le niveau sportif en s'arrêtant tous les 10 mètres n'est pas de très haut niveau... mais vraiment ce n'est pas grave cela permet de se bouger quand même et d'accomplir une belle action.
Une fois le sac posé dans la poubelle publique j'ai pu allonger la foulée et courir d'une seule traite.

Cela permet aussi de se donner bonne conscience pour pouvoir boire une bonne bière et profiter de la vie...

A wonderful association

Motivated this morning I went running without forgetting my collection bag.... with the good intention of cleaning up what I found in my path.

I am happy to find a nice personal reward after his actions there. It is really a feeling to have been useful without necessarily being part of a pure and hard ecological movement.

It's a state of mind that we can all have... just think... I'll go.

Of course the sporting level by stopping every 10 meters is not very high level... but really it is not serious it allows to move anyway and to accomplish a beautiful action.

Once the bag was placed in the public bin, I was able to lengthen my stride and run in one go.

It also gives you a clear conscience to be able to drink a good beer and enjoy life...
