Tell everyone you know about jury nullification! It is your constitutional right to judge some one innocent for violating a law you personally deem to either be unjust or has an unjust punishment! Of course lawyers and judges will never tell you this because if people knew, they would be out of jobs. If you go to court, don't ever mention it or you will be out so fast your ass will be on fire. If you do not think the law or the penalty is just, when the time comes simply vote NOT GUILTY. It is as simple as that. There are no repercussions that can be taken against you, and you may have just saved some one's life with one simple act.

It is your right regardless of the Constitution. Rights don't come from paperwork signed by dead men. Excuses for tyranny apparently do, though.
