OBJECTIVES AND MISSION OF THE PROJECT
We solve the problem of aligning crypto assets with the high moral and cultural values of Islam by creating a global cryptocurrency platform for both Muslims and the world at large.
IDEA
The ADAB Solutions project is developing the FICE – First Islamic Crypto Exchange, based on the Shariah norms.
FICE weeds out such projects which are linked with immoral activities such as gambling, porn, production of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products etc. Besides, all cryptocurrency trading activities which are non-compliant with shariah norms such as speculative deals, margin trading and many more are prevented from being part part of the ecosystem so as to hold the highest level of sanity in it.
ENSURE:
- Shariah Advisory Board: This is an independent body composed of experts in Islamic law and finance as well as experts in cryptocurrency joining hands to ensure that activities on the FICE are indeed shariah compliant.
- Islamic management model: this will be done in accordance with the Islamic system of cooperate governance developed on the basis of the standards of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions(AAOIFI) and the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB)
- Charitable foundation(ADAB Charity): There will be the ADAB charity in which a 5% quarterly of net income and 2.5% of the annual net profit of the project goes into.
- Independent certification: ADAB solutions will pass an independent certification of all regulatory and legal documents and procedures.
First Islamic Crypto Exchange will completely exclude the possibility of speculative transactions, margin trading and Sharia-compatible transactions.
PLATFORM:
This will delete Gharar and Maisir and Riba from Exchange work.The FICE platform is capable of handling 3 million requests per second, making FICE one of the fastest cryptographic exchanges. FICE users will be guaranteed that their application will not be suspended due to platform restrictions.
- The ADAB solution will pass the compliance of Islamic specialists to thecompliance with sharia standards. The government agreement established the Syariah Advisory Council in the First Islamic Cryptographic Exchange.
- Man-made solutions are created to create platforms for halal projects, to work in full compliance with Islamic norms and Islamic finance.
- Our job is to help Muslims and the investor community understand what’s in the Cryptomannan market that is in accordance with Sharia rules and what’s not.
- The adab solution stems from the fact that this project will generally benefit the market, since the halal project essentially has its uses and values, and its definitions will contribute to the development of useful ideas and a reduction in the number of projects in the market, which are illegal in their essence.
