Paint (microsoft) as teaching at school.

in adsactly •  5 years ago

My daughter uses Paint sometimes and yes, it is a good tool. Saving trees by using computers instead of pencils? I think in total FAR MORE trees and environment are damaged to mine the metals and create the toxic plastic that forms a computer. I hope I NEVER stop hearing her scratch with pencils on real paper. LESS screen time is one of our goals, not more. But agree, especially for younger children Paint is a good program if they must be glued to a screen.

Hi, Thanks for comment, certainly the technology has an environmental price that affects us. Unfortunately the obsolete technology happens very fast, and its replacement consumes and degraded part of our environment, causing that the impact on paper saving is not perceived when repopulating the trees to maintain our environment. This situation is comparable with the use of solar cells in substitution of fossil fuel, where the improper disposal of the batteries that require this system cause more damage and environmental contamination than the fact of not using it.
