Cold but Beautiful, My Favourite Place in the UK

I took a trip up to the Scottish Highland this week probably my favourite place in the UK, while you can never guarantee nice weather the scenery is always out of this world.

In winter its very quiet only skiers and hardened walkers tend to venture up to the West Coast, Glencoe region and the odd coach trip of half frozen Japanese Tourists

The A82 road through the Highlands can be a tricky drive this time of year, its littered with pot holes some several inches deep, if you hit one then that's your tyre gone or even worse a new wheel, lucky for me I got there and back with out a blowout.
