It was a long time ago, but this story upset me deeply. Because I do not know what I could change then and what to do if I get back into this situation again.
Usually I try to buy cheese, meat and vegetables only at my favorite places but the supermarket lured me with its closeness. I went to the supermarket, bought there the cheese "Russian". I use exactly this kind of cheese always and I know exactly what it's taste. But coming home, I realized that it was spoiled. I took a check, a cheese and went back. I went to the place where it happened and explained the situation. The saleswoman refused to admit that the cheese was spoiled, arguing that I'm probably from the small city and do not know that there are cheeses with specific smells and even mildew! She didn't want to agree with me and told me that the administrator
already went home. And in conclusion of her rightness, the saleswoman agreed to try the cheese by herself. After the tasting, she smiled ingenuously and declared that the cheese is perfect!
The battle "saleswoman vs me" ended with a score 1:0. I lost((((

The customer is always right when it comes to the quality of the product. There should be no arguing. Next time (in this internet age) take the clerk's name and tell them the store will be mentioned online to your many followers and the company can have his/her name if they want to to punish them for the bad publicity.

she ate it, she should buy your cheese back. Would've help a lot if this cheese was from wine shop. Sometimes they take cheese back. Or ask for free samples of other cheeses to take to go.
