Does anyone here heard about THW GLOBAL? Are they legit or just another phishing scam website?

THW GLOBAL claims that they will pay you $25 per hour for just watching videos with a maximum of 10 hours in a week. Well this is good to be true. I have been a member for almost a month now and as I checked the website, there wasn't a progress yet. To be honest it's so confusing.
