Storm Filled Weekend

DJI_0155.jpg A near picture perfect storm drops heavy rains below off in the distance

Friday was incredibly hazy and humid but the storms had managed to stay away until the wee early morning hours. Saturday was absolutely saturated with pop up heavy thunderstorms all through out the day. The ground is beginning to become extra soggy to the point where any little drizzle is too much for the ground to soak in.

Roots are beginning to rot! A lot of my squash plants are becoming bewildered with the WHITE POWDERY MILDEW.

So I went around this evening and sprayed everything with Neem Oil. Should do the trick. I mixed some bT in with the neem oil, after doing some research and reading that they are compatible. Should take care of my army worm and looper problem.

Weather should begin cooling down now as we approach fall. Feels like time is flying.

Stay tuned for Saturday evening's photos from Jaxon's 4th birthday party.
