Are You spiciness, eat this to reduce the spicy taste

Few minutes ago I just met a old friend, unintentionally we talk about the spicy (oohhh, No! I hate it), from that conversation we ended-up sharing experiences and tips to reduce the spicy after consumption some Chilli (HiHiHiHi...). These tips I written for my personal notes and hopefully can be useful for you.

1. Milk, Yogurt, and Cheese
Milk, yogurt and cheese can reduce the spicy flavour on your mount. That's because the milk contains fat can neutralize the spicy in Your mouth.

2. Sugar
Spread the sugar on your tongue and then suction it about 30 seconds. The sugar will absorb the spicy taste in your mouth.

3. Lime
Cut a lime and suction it about 10 seconds. The lime is believed to cool down your tongue from spicy.

4. Peanut butter
Eating peanut butter can also help neutralize the spicy flavour. Just like dairy products, peanut butter contains fat that can 'cool down' the spicy taste in the mouth.
