Hello guys,

I'm here today again like I usually come around. Since I said in my last video that there would be a new change and style in how I post and practice my drills now. From now on I've scheduled myself and the drills for each day. I'll be practicing them quite often but to make it look quite understandable that I am actually practicing them, I'll always have my instep drill video posted on Fridays alone. And today happens to be one of the Fridays, let's see if my team members and I have actually improved over the time.
